The players of the Saudi Arabian national basketball team have gathered for their preparatory camp in Jeddah, in preparation for the Asian Championship Finals, which will be hosted by Jeddah from August 5-17, 2025.
The team will depart on July 5th for Turkey to hold an external camp for 20 days, and then depart to the Qatari capital, Doha, on July 25th to complete their external camp, before returning to Jeddah on August 2nd to participate in the tournament.
The Green Falcons will play their first match in the Asian Championship Finals against China on August 5th, while their second match will be against Jordan on August 7th, and their final match will be against India on August 9th.
Mr. Saud Al-Khaldi is supervising the team, with Mr. Bandar Al-Nasser as the administrator, while Ricard Casas is the technical supervisor, assisted by coaches Krikor Serkis and Jordi Gardel, fitness and conditioning coach Elie Ghani, nutritionist and fitness specialist Julio Maria, and physical therapist Kamal Ben Nabil.
20 players have been selected for the camp: Mohammed Al-Suwailem, Mohammed Al-Marwani, Marzouq Al-Mawlid, Thamer Mohammed, Mohammed Al-Saqr, Muthanna Al-Marwani, Fahd Al-Salik, Musab Qadi, Osama Al-Barqawi, Ali Al-Shubaili, Ayman Bilal, Abdulrahman Mubaraki, Mohammed Ali Abdulrahman, Khaled Abduljabbar, Nasser Al-Absi, Manaf Al-Salem, Abdulmalik Ashour, Mohammed Al-Khater, Humam Abdulkarim, Ahmed Abdullah.
