The Board of Directors of the Saudi Basketball Federation will hold its regular meeting next Monday evening, September 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM (remotely), chaired by His Excellency Dr. Ghassan bin Yousef Tashkandi, Chairman of the Board.

This meeting is part of the Federation’s efforts to continue the development process and enhance institutional and technical work, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in the sports sector.

The Council will discuss a number of prominent topics, including:

• Viewing the Federation’s strategy and future plans.

• Discussing the organizational structure and financial reports.

• Reviewing the agreement with the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

• Reviewing the internal regulations governing the work.

• Discussing player contracts and salary caps.

• Discussing the mechanism for using foreign referees during some league matches of the 2025/2026 season.
